Our RYA Theory courses are run from our dedicated classrooms in Hamble, Southampton and Central London. Alternatively we are happy to run courses from your home or office.

Dates and times are arranged to fit with your diary and we cater for indivduals through to large groups.

RYA Online Essential Navigation and Seamanship Course >

Launched in 2011. The latest RYA course can be taken anytime, anywhere and at your own speed. All you need is a computer and the internet. This course will give you the essential knowledge needed when you’re afloat, from navigation to safety and seamanship to passage planning.

RYA Day Skipper Theory Course Online >

This course takes an indepth look at navigation and general seamanship. Once this course has been competed you will have a full understanding of how to safely navigate by day in familiar waters.

RYA Coastal / Yachtmaster Theory Course Online >

As your sailing and skippering develops, your mind could well start to wander to destinations further afield. This course equips you with the necessary skills to undertake these adventures.

This advanced navigational course includes, chart work, position fixing, tides, buoyage and offshore passage planning.

RYA / VHF Radio Course. >

This one day course is a legal requirement if you intend to operate a handheld or fixed radio unit.

Whether you need to call the marina or another vessel or, most importantly, place a distress call in an emergency, this course will cover all the elements. It's everybody's responsibility.
